Indemnity:
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Celebration Christian Church, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use and/or Privacy Notice, any law, or the rights of any third party, or any activity on the Users account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by User or another third party.
Governing Law:
Accesses to this site by the user is made on his/her own initiative and leads to the automatic acceptance and agreement, to be bound by the associated Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, both of which, are governed by Alberta and Canadian law - due to Celebration Christian Church's location and operation in AB. By accessing this website the user irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada and any other courts which may hear appeals from those courts.
